We are plastic surgeons working in the South East of England and have both busy and successful practices. We believe in honesty and professionalism in a friendly environment, while providing you with the highest standard of surgical care.

Your consultation is always with your surgeon, not a nurse, advisor or a salesperson. We are independent and are not employed by any particular hospital or group. There is no selling pressure at all.

If you are looking for information on, or are considering cosmetic or reconstructive surgery, we would encourage you to arrange an appointment to see one of us. When we meet for a consultation we aim to provide you with all of the information and knowledge you need to help make a decision about whether surgery may be right for you.

Cosmetic Surgery

Cosmetic operations make up the largest part of our work. This section provides some information on some of the most common procedures.

Reconstruction

We are both reconstructive surgeons treating injury, skin cancers, scar problems, breast and other complex reconstructive surgery

Non Surgical

Filler injections, Botox©, chemical peels and minor surgical procedures

Weight Loss Patients

Patients who lose large amounts of weight are often left with heavy and unsightly skin excess. Plastic surgery is often the final pathway in the weight loss program

SaferCosmeticSurgery

We are both members of the SaferCosmeticSurgery group, which is a new and exciting development involving 50 UK Consultant Plastic Surgeons

The following is a short press release about the group:

Concerned with the increasing number of complications and dissatisfied patients they were seeing as a result of inexperienced practitioners or cheap deals abroad, the team behind SaferCosmeticSurgery banded together an elite group of independent consultant surgeons especially selected on the most stringent criteria. Not only is membership of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) a requirement but - unlike any other commercial provider – eligibility also hinges on a minimum of 15 years’ experience since medical school. The logic being that, although no surgery can be entirely without risk, together they would be able to offer patients the safest options available by the most experienced hands. Of note, the SaferCosmeticSurgery surgeons:

  • Do not use ‘middlemen’ or salespeople
  • Carry out comprehensive pre-operative consultations and are available for post-operative follow-ups
  • Carry out all consultations and at the surgeon's discretion, the surgeon may waive the consultation fee
  • Were selected by asking top surgeons who they themselves would recommend in a particular town/ city
  • Are not employed by a commercial company or flown in from abroad
  • Have established local private practices and will be available to you for years to come

Whoever you choose, it is important that you have your initial consultation with a surgeon rather than a salesperson on commission. It is well recognised that "patient coordinators" may try to talk you into having additional procedures. A 'free consultation' is worthless if you are not speaking to someone who is a highly qualified surgeon and able to give unbiased advice.  By paying for a consultation, you'll probably feel more confident that the surgeon is giving an honest opinion because you are paying for his or her time
